Japan, Australia and some European countries. It shared the drivetrain and engine with the Pajero/Shogun so it is quite a good off-roader because this particular model was based on Pajero's chassis.

we had one model here that would fit the bill, the GMC Safari?Chevrolet Astro.
AWD and the basic running gear and chassis from the S-10 truck.
Lifts aren't easy, but they aren't hard and you can swap in any gm small block V8 You want. People have put 2 speed transfer cases in them as well.

Have driven this back in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.The guy had this, that old Chevy van and a blazer. This sadly, isn't even close. Too heavy is the beginning.....
